WHAT is EMS?
When you move your muscles, or contract them through exercise, the brain sends an electric current to the motor nerves.
The same electric current is then sent from the motor nerves to the muscles which then has them contract
The EMS Hourglass System is a system that mimics these same electrical currents to manually contract your targeted muscles through your skin surface.

So i can just not workout and solely do EMS?
